The production of this Rosé through maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a vineyard particulary rich in Pinot Noir, the Drappier house has the raw material from which to extract the grapes with the highest concentration of red fruits aromas. The concentration is so strong that the house lighten the cuvée, by adding some Pinot vinified in white wine. Its nose reveals red fruits and violet aromas, and thanks to a "prise de mousse" at low temperature, an effervescence of fine lace reveals flavours of citrus fruits and pepper.
