Floral notes carry strongly through the finish, showing persistence and harmonious tannins. 20% whole clusters and raised in neutral, 300-liter barrels.

Our Hermitage reveals an aromatic complexity based on the essences of conifers, a peppery and balsamic mineral aging on an elegant sabayon of very ripe black berries. The bouquet turns in the glass constantly, each large aromatic family seeming to complement each other while imposing itself in turn. The attack is frank and voluptuous at the same time. The delicacy available is matched only by its freshness. Leaning on its soil, the softness of the tannins and the harmony of a racy breeding composed of small very fine grains gives our Hermitage the unique sensation of discovering the complexity of an unfiltered noble material, served delicately in a bottle. . Persistence and remanence offer a caudalie of incredible finesse. No granulometry or jolts on the palate disturb its interminable tasting curve for the greatest satisfaction of our senses which can thus abandon themselves completely to the tertiary notes of the terroir which are gradually taking place.
