Domaine de Cambis "Kalliope" Grenache Blanc 2017

Kalliope is our new born wine! It is made from white grapes vines we had planted six years ago. Kalliope is a wink our great grandmother who was from Crete and her perpetual good mood. It is also the name of one of the children of Greek god Zeus. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Roussane. cuvee shows the real potential of white wines made from schists soil. It is fine and complex and has a great minerality.
