Martin is the "young" winemaker of Domaine de Cambis, located in Montpellier, as he took the reins of the winery in January 2019, after his mother Annick retired at the end of 2018. They are deeply involved in the sustainable winemaking way and therefore, they started the conversion of the vineyard to organic farming in the summer of 2018, which was completed in the 2021 vintage.

This French white wine is made from 70% Viognier grapes and 30% Rousanne grapes.Located in the valley of the Rieu Berlou brook, the vineyards enjoy a unique climate.They have been planted to the north-west and south-east in order to be less affected by the fury of the north winds that often hit the region.The second important aspect is that, being in this south-facing valley, the vine enjoys a maximum of sun and also limits the temperature drops.The wine was subjected to malolactic fermentation.

Le Chant des Griots is a fine white wine, which gradually reveals the scent of white flowers on the nose and then the aromas of white fruit on tasting.Well chilled, it can be enjoyed as such, as an appetizer or with a plate of shrimp or au gratin mussels.It will also go very well with sheep's cheese.We suggest a serving temperature of 10ºC.
