The Ried Loibenberg is actually a major location in the middle part of the Loibner basin (between Dürnstein and Krems), it is considered with its southern exposure as the warmest location of the Wachau. In the nose stone fruits: apricots, and exotic notes: melon and papaya, just a delicate spice and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, a very solid body with a grapey fullness, with apple peel, rather soft and warm in the structure - just typical Knoll, the expansion in large traditional wooden barrels are to recognize, good spice on the finish.
