A fine accompaniment to steak as well as aromatic stews and roasts made from beef, lamb, pork and game. But it also goes well with roast goose and duck, as well as mushroom dishes and hard cheese.

The grapes for the Reserva Limitada come from the most prestigious locations in Mendoza. They ripen perfectly in the dry, continental climate. The Malbec grows in Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo) and the Cabernet Sauvignon in La Consulta (Valle de Uco). After handpicking, María Baigorria's team first carefully selects the grapes. After maceration of the mash, the must ferments temperature-controlled for 15 days in stainless steel. Ten months of aging in French oak give the wine its final touch - a blend with structure and length.
