Mara Moura is made from a selection of high altitude Godello vineyards of the D.O. Monterrei, with shale soils. It carries out an alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature and a bâtonnage twice a week to keep the lees in suspension, so that they provide smoothness and complexity to the wine. Mara was born in the heart of Monterrei, the essence of interior Galicia runs through her veins: freshness and serenity. Mara takes you by the hand to a bright autumn.
