High above the river Danube on the famous Steiner Pfaffenberg the vines for this wine are growing. The soils are barren and are composed of crystalline primary rock dominated by Gneiss and Mica schist – as made for Riesling. Exclusively treated by hand and organic since 2017 all attributes for a  characterful and fine wine are turning up in the glass: transparent and  highly elegant without any heaviness or richness.

Shiny green-yellow, delicate Riesling aromas in the nose, snappy and refreshing, nicely balanced on the palate, attractive finish
