Cuatro Pasos Rosado is made exclusively with the Mencía grape variety. Maceration is carried out for 18 hours with the skins, the grapes are then pressed, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to not lose the aromatic potential of the Mencía grape. This is a Rosé wine with an intense colour down to the Mencía grape, fruity with a good acidity.
