The domaine is farmed organically and the grapes are picked late to ensure maximum ripeness. In the winery, sulphur is used only where absolutely necessary. The wines are very pure and fresh, very expressive of terroir. From 70 year old vines across several lieux dits in Cote Rotie. Rich blackberry fruit with some lovely violet perfume. Elegant on the palate with spicy red fruit and fine, silky tannins.

Cherry red with high intensity. In the nose a lot of black currant and blackberries but also some red fruit, in addition floral tones (violets), light roast tones and earthy. Silky soft attack, followed by power but also elegance, with lots of minerals, strong but beautiful tannins and a lot of freshness. Very long finish in which the minerals reverberate for a long time.
