Maturing in tank on lees for six months.
THE WINE
Appearance: Pale straw colour with hints of green, clean and brilliant. Nose: Intense and fine aromas, ripe white fruits (apple, pineapple), well enclosed by fresh floral notes (acacia) and delicate balsamic flavours. A harmonious combination which defines well the character of the Albariño variety.
Palate: Dry, fresh and with a vivid and lively acidity. Well-balanced, with some smooth features in mouth and an ample finish.
SERVING
Serve 8-10 C (46-50 F).
