Produced with 100% Caíño grapes, an autochthonous variety with aromatic intensity and great complexity. Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. Cold maceration to extract all the aromatic potential of the variety. Matured over fine lees during for four months, providing greater smoothness and singularity to the wine.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Complex, elegant and intense. With fruit aromas, citrus and tropicals.

On the palate it is broad and structured. Its balanced acidity brings freshness to the wine. Intense aftertaste and long persistence.
