Terroir: Clay and hilly, soil made up of marl and sandstone
Grapes: Pinot Bianco 100%
Vinification: Grapes are picked by hand at the end of August/beginning of September followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by racking and an evolution period until bottling.
Aging: Maturation in stainless steel tanks
Colour: Pale straw yellow with green reflections
