This is a high-level wine with mystic echoes. Our personal idea of paradise, transmitted to us by the essence of the winemaking cultures of the monks fromTui ever since the 12th century. Crafted from selected Albariño grapes and fermented in 300 liter Burgundian barrels made from French oak in a 18o air–conditioned room. Aged for 6 months in barrels with battonage every two days. Subsequently aged on its lees for a period of 6 months. Filtered and bottled. High layer bright yellow. Powerful and varietal scent, ripe fruit, sweet spices and mineral with a fine French oak flavouring. Very balanced, tender, ample and enveloping. Tasty, fresh, good acidity, with fat notes and a smoky wood aftertaste.
