Description
At the eastern gate to the Wachau region, in the so called Loibner basin these grapes are grown on river sediments consisting of a majority of gravel. At night, cool air from a side valley, the so called Menthalgraben is streaming down into the Loibner basin. This kind of terroir is resulting in very pure and vigorous wines containing high but ripe acidity.

Bright green-yellow, attractive stone fruits in the nose, nicely balanced, juicy with delicate acidity, good lenght and minerality.

Fermentation and maturation: 4-5 months in stainless steel
Bottling: February/ March
