This is the oldest estate with a history going back over 850 years, making it akin to Hogwarts or some sort of magical wizard winery. The Loss cuvee is a classic style Kamptal Gruner. Dry and minerally with notes of green apple, pears and grapefruit with some light spice. Easy drinking and super tasty weeknight drinking. Great with Thai and Vietnamese.
